To start it is important to start the day doing those activities that you love.They allow you to connect with your body and your mind, instead of letting yourself be carried away by the first thing that crosses you when you wake up, which are almost always the notifications of the previous day from your cell phone.
The truth is that each person is different and maybe this routine that we are going to give you works, or not, so experiment and finally take what really works well for you.

IMPORTANT! It's vital to give yourself the time to connect with yourself and the energy you need to successfully run your day.

Don't touch your phone

Yes, that's right, if the first thing you do when you open your eyes is to take the cell phone (which is surely next to you) You immediately adopt a habit that is not so good and is to make yourself available to what social media notifications require of you and lose control of deciding how you want to start your day.
Recommendation: Give yourself a few minutes to start feeling your body first, oxygenate your mind with a couple of deep breaths before getting out of bed.

You can give your day to creativity, effort, compassion, patience, new ideas, connection. You choose how you want to live it and what you are going to put your attention on.

While you are oxygenating body and mind, it is time to give thanks. This is a practice that connects you with a state of abundance, and will help you recognize how important it is to practice it to start everything you want to undertake well. First thank you for what you have achieved so far and you already have... Sometimes we are so focused on the project that we are going to start and what we have not yet achieved that we disconnect from everything we already have. If you have all your faculties to read this blog, that is: eyes, education, smart electronic device and internet, I assure you that you belong to the luckiest half of the world. That deserves to take a few minutes out of your morning to thank.

If you are used to doing your exercise routine in the morning. Perfect. If, on the other hand, you do not do any type of physical activity in the morning (besides running from home to work), then it is a good time now that you are at home to incorporate small stretching exercises for a short time and if you accompany them with your favorite music it will be more fun. This will help oxygenate all your muscles and give an extra load of energy.
